Please review the following basic terms that govern your use of and purchase of products from the Guestlist webstore. Please note that your use of the Guestlist webstore constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by those terms.
We may, from time to time, change the terms that govern your use of the Guestlist webstore. Your use of the Guestlist webstore following any such change constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the terms as changed. We may change, move or delete portions of, or may add to, our webstore from time to time.
IS YOUR SITE A SECURE SITE?
Any personal information given to Guestlist will be protected. Your information will not be disclosed to any third parties. Guestlist site server will secure your personal information during your ordering process.
WHAT CREDIT CARDS DO YOU ACCEPT?
Guestlist Webstore is not currently accepting use of credit cards or any online payment methods.
Guestlist products displayed at the site are available in Kampala, Uganda while supplies last. The prices displayed at the site are quoted in Uganda Shillings (USh) and are valid and effective only in Uganda.
Although we make every effort to keep sufficient stock of items listed on our site, occasionally we do sell out of certain products and sizes. We cannot guarantee product availability and products, nonetheless, may not be available for immediate delivery. We reserve the right, without liability or prior notice, to revise, discontinue, or cease to make available any or all products or to cancel any order. If there is any revision, discontinuance, or cessation, we may, in our discretion, ship products which have substantially similar functionality and specifications to the products ordered or cancel your order. If we are out of stock on an item you have ordered, we will notify you via email or phone. Any changes will be reflected in your order total as well as your shipping information.
HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
You will receive an order confirmation via email once your order has been successfully transmitted. You can always check the status of your order by signing into my account and then selecting the option order status/history. This screen will let you know if your order has been fulfilled, shipped, or if it is being held.
Pick-up day is SATURDAY.
When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail confirming receipt of your order: this email will only be an acknowledgement and will not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between us will not be formed until we send you confirmation by e-mail that the goods which you ordered are available for pick-up. Once ordered, please allow up to 2-5 business days to receive a confirmation email which will include delivery and pick-up location information.
Pick Up day is SATURDAY.
Due to the limited number and availability of associates, pick-up time is limited to 11:00am – 03:00pm on SATURDAYS ONLY.
If an order cannot be picked up on the scheduled day, contact customer service via phone (+256-782-852-536) to have your pick-up date moved to the following Saturday.
Orders not picked-up will be subject to cancelling.
Only those goods listed in the confirmation e-mail sent at the time of dispatch will be included in the contract formed. If you still have not received your order confirmation email after 7 days, please contact us through the Contact page. Guestlist webstore is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged items that have been picked up.
Whilst we try and deliver goods within 7 days of ordering, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the processing and delivering of any goods which you have ordered, we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order.
PRICES, SHIPPING & HANDLING CHARGES
All prices include charges for shipping and handling or taxes, if delivered to customers within Kampala, Uganda in the allocated time included in the confirmation email. Guestlist webstore is not currently accepting expedite shipping requests, however the service will be offered with future improvements.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
All sales are final. To ensure quality of items sold, items once sold and picked up may not be returned or exchanged. An order can be cancelled between the periods that a confirmation email is sent and before an item is picked up. Please use the contact page to cancel your order and include your name and order number.
All trademarks, service marks, and trade names are the property of Guestlist webstore. No use of these may be made without the prior written consent of GuestlistStore.com except to identify the products or services of Guestlist webstore.
You agree that Guestlist webstore may use and/or disclose information about your demographics and use of the site in any manner that does not reveal your identity. By participating in site sweepstakes, contests, promotions, and/or requesting promotional information or product updates, you agree that Guestlist webstore may use your information for marketing and promotional purposes.

Unless otherwise specified and except to the extent Guestlist webstore products are offered for sale in Kampala, Uganda through this Site, this Site and the Contents thereof are displayed solely for the purpose of promoting Guestlist webstore products and services available in the Kampala, Uganda. This Site is controlled and operated by Guestlist webstore from its offices in Houston, Texas and Kampala, Uganda. This Agreement shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to any conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively by the state and federal courts of the State of Texas, County of Harris.
This Agreement is effective unless and until terminated by Guestlist webstore. Guestlist webstore may terminate this Agreement at any time and may do so immediately without notice, and accordingly deny you access to the Site, if in Guestlist webstore sole discretion you fail to comply with any term or provision of this Agreement. Upon any termination of this Agreement by either you or Guestlist webstore you must promptly destroy all materials downloaded or otherwise obtained from this Site, as well as all copies of such materials, whether made under the terms of this Agreement or otherwise.
